Salesforce Copado Release Manager (Xico)

Pay range: $*****/hr - $*****/hr (based on skills and experience)

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce releases, ensuring seamless deployment processes.
• Manage and configure Capado release pipelines, automating deployments and optimizing workflows.
• Oversee the use of Git and other version control tools within Capado for Salesforce applications.
• Maintain multiple Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, and Production), ensuring readiness for releases.
• Work closely with developers, QA testers, business analysts, and admins to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Identify and mitigate release risks, troubleshooting deployment issues swiftly.
• Create and maintain release notes, deployment plans, and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve the release process, including automation and best practices.
