•Experience working in a multi-system environment
•Collaborates with business stakeholders and scrum team to define, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing
•Evaluates native functionality from third party/cloud solutions and identifies opportunities to meet business needs
•Ensures the product owner has a robust product backlog for refinement
•Develops trust relationships with business stakeholders
•Solves complex business problems through aligning Salesforce platform capabilities to make recommendations
•Uses analytical tools during interviews and analysis of business needs (5 Whys, Cause and Effect Diagrams, etc.)
