Enhance Salesforce capabilities as a skilled Business Analyst. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into impactful Salesforce solutions.
Collaboration is key in this position as you work with business stakeholders to document requirements and analyze processes. You will lead user acceptance testing to ensure that the solutions meet the organization's needs while developing user stories and process flows. Furthermore, you'll train end-users on updates and work alongside developers on custom configurations.
