Reporting to the Commercial Excellence & CI Leader, you will serve as the SAP Super Key User while aligning system functions with business needs. Your role focuses on managing sales system governance and driving continuous improvement in sales processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that sales workflows and performance routines remain standardized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as SAP Super Key User for sales modules
• Optimize and configure sales workflows according to business processes
• Map and enhance sales processes including Q2C and reporting
• Develop training tools and facilitate user sessions
• Engage with cross-functional teams for system integrations
