Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation for ICT projects (data center, cabling, networking). Coordinate with vendors, procurement, finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate pricing and solution design. Manage internal approval processes including contract, PO, and invoicing coordination. Track project pipeline and maintain sales documentation. Assist in communication with customers and suppliers in English and Portuguese when required.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, IT or related fields. 2+ years experience in sales support/commercial operations / ICT industry. Familiar with ICT products such as network equipment, structured cabling, or data center solutions. Good English and Portuguese communication skills (written and spoken). Strong coordination and documentation skills.
