Sales Support (ICT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation for ICT projects (data center, cabling, networking).
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate pricing and solution design.
• Manage internal approval processes including contract, PO, and invoicing coordination.
• Track project pipeline and maintain sales documentation.
• Assist in communication with customers and suppliers in English and Portuguese when required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, IT or related fields.
• 2+ years experience in sales support/commercial operations / ICT industry.
• Familiar with ICT products such as network equipment, structured cabling, or data center solutions.
• Good English and Portuguese communication skills (written and spoken).
