Sales Representative

We are a recruitment agency expanding our presence in Saskatoon, and we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to help establish and grow our client base in the region.What We Offer: 

Salary: 25 CAD Per Hour plus unlimited commission

Job Type: Permanent

Shift: Monday – Friday 

What You'll Do: 

Identify and target new business opportunities within Saskatoon and surrounding areas. 

Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to build a strong client pipeline. 

Conduct cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings to generate leads. 

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers. 

Present and promote recruitment services to prospective clients. 

Negotiate service agreements and close new business deals. 

Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.
