ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Recruiter at Vivazen, you will focus on high volume hiring for Spartan Territory Sales Representatives across key markets. You will help drive the full candidate journey from sourcing and screening through scheduling, offer support, orientation, and onboarding.

This high activity, high accountability role is built for someone who thrives on pace and knows how to stay organized while moving fast. Your day will involve talking to candidates, keeping pipelines moving, coordinating interviews, and ensuring great people do not slip through the cracks.
