**The impact you will have**:
- You’ll partner with LATAM Sales Leadership through our planning process, scaling the business to reach financial and hiring targets, and align to the Databricks GTM model.
- You’ll provide key insights and strategic recommendations to the LATAM leadership team, through operational cadences (Forecasting, Pipeline, etc.) and strategic projects.
- You’ll lead ongoing analyses and projects, identifying ways we can improve business processes, better measure success, and drive growth.
**What we look for**:
- You are a native Portuguese speaker, and have professional level fluency in both English and Spanish.
- You have hands on experience with SQL and Data Analysis.
- You have experience with Consumption-based sales organizations.
- You are technical and fluent in data. Whether it’s analyzing data sets with tools like Tableau or SQL queries, data is a core part of your toolkit.
