Sales marketing executive

Hyatt Inclusive Collection is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing for Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen.
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented commercial leader with strong experience in luxury hospitality and all-inclusive resorts. This role will lead the resort's Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and PR strategy, driving market positioning, topline performance, and long-term commercial growth.

Key qualifications include:

Previous DOSM or senior commercial leadership experience within luxury hospitality Strong understanding of Caribbean, Mexico, and international leisure markets Proven success driving revenue growth, ADR, occupancy, and market share Experience managing luxury leisure, MICE, weddings, and strategic partnerships Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills English required; Spanish preferred
