Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Generate leads and perform sales methodology
- Understand prospects business requirements and pain points
- Work with technical team to fine tune solution for prospects and close deals
- Attend meetings to align strategy with manager and upkeep CRM
- Perform business development related work
- Perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company

Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of experience in ERP / SaaS / Retail Tech sales
- Strong track record in new business acquisition (hunter mindset)
- Solid exposure to enterprise & B2B sales
- Experience handling large, multi-year / big-ticket deals
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles & manage stakeholders
