Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the sales efforts for tour packages (domestic and international), targeting individual travellers, groups, and corporate clients.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, travel agents, corporate clients, and other key partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and trends in the travel industry.Create attractive and competitive tour packages, in collaboration with the operations and product teams, to appeal to a variety of customer segments.Handle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients for both India and international tours.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact to post-tour follow-ups...
