**Sales Manager**:**Objectives of this role**-
1. Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs-
2. Develope and execute a Sales Plan in order to increase sales portfolio-
3. Build and strengthen costomer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships-
4. Maintain accurate costomers records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals-
5. Work with other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met-
