Summary:Responsible for leading the Sales Department.The Sales Manager is responsible for operations, sales performance results, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction in the Sales Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Ensure successful achievement of all monthly sales & CSI objectives for the dealership, as outlined by the manufacturer and the Hendrick Pre-owned Performance Plan Objectives.

Ensure successful achievement of Autoguard Tier 3 each month.

Ensure MOC reputation achievement each month, per the Hendrick guidelines.

Responsible for improving sales and operations.

Works with upper management and Human Resources to make hiring and discipline decisions.
