What You’ll Do

Metrie is currently seeking a Sales Manager that will be responsible for our Ontario market, leading a team of 5 Territory Managers. The Sales Manager is accountable for fostering a high‑performance culture, ensuring operational discipline, and delivering consistent sales and margin growth through effective leadership and alignment with regional goals. This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Canada and is a member of the Sales Leadership Team for the region.
