Escalade Wines & Spirits (EWS) is seeking a dynamic, growth‑focused sales leader to drive expansion and performance for our premium portfolio of wine and spirits in Ontario. This provincial role combines commercial strategy, team leadership, and execution excellence, offering the opportunity to shape the province’s market presence and develop a high‑performing sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the Ontario sales team, setting objectives, call cycles, and channel priorities to achieve growth targets.
- Create and execute the annual Provincial Business Plan (sales and expenses) in alignment with company strategy, monitor KPIs, and adjust tactics to maximize provincial growth.
