You will be fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to increase our market share in the Electrical Contractor sector.

Responsibilities

Knowing the local customer base is important and knowing the contract project business is your advantage. Emphasis placed on individuals with a disciplined approach to coaching and reviewing plans with individual sales team members to keep them on track.
