About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Western Canada. In this role, you will build and develop our Financial Representative (FR) channel through recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management, using activity and sales metrics to drive results.
