Sales Lead Coordinator - 12-month contract
Job Description
As part of a dynamic sales team, Sales Lead Coordinator will work to constantly improve the onboarding of new client leads/opportunities into our CRM system. You will have countless tools and resources at your disposal to be able to multi-task and handle several lead streams simultaneously. This position, although entry level within the organization, will expose you to our entire operation allowing you to see first hand how the brokerage manages our client relationships by creating meaningful content and touchpoints throughout the policy life cycle. The core parts of your role will be:
Inbound lead management, maintaining and exceeding current service level expectations
Quoting home, auto and recreational risks within industry specific programs and software
Organizing new prospect client files within broker management system, following a detailed sales operating procedures to ensure accuracy of database
