Sales Force Excellence Lead
Job Function: Sales Enablement. Sub-Function: Sales Strategy. Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales effectiveness plans to drive product adoption and accelerate growth.
- Design and enhance sales enablement tools and resources to improve sales force productivity.
- Analyze sales systems, forecasts, and business models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate sales performance initiatives, including training, reporting, and incentive programs.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and benchmark performance.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to optimize sales performance frameworks and processes.
- Coach and support junior team members while promoting alignment with organizational values and leadership principles.
