The Business Process Consultant is responsible for identifying, shaping, and driving demand for end‑to‑end business process services and BPM solutions that align to client operational objectives. This role partners with customers to understand current‑state processes, pain points, and performance gaps, and translates those insights into integrated workflow, automation, and managed services strategies across multiple lines of business.
