As our Intern - Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of näak’s B2B and B2C operations. You’ll bridge the gap between our premium retail partners and our community, ensuring seamless growth, world-class support, and an elevated brand experience across all channels.
B2B / B2C Sales & Support
- Customer Excellence: Lead customer management activities and drive initiatives that enhance the overall näak brand experience.
- Retail Partner Management: Act as a point of contact for retail accounts—processing orders, providing proactive follow-ups, and pitching new product launches to maximize revenue growth.
