WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Manage and develop customers with focus on big installers, house builders, wholesalers, and distributors, with accordance to the sales strategy to achieve the business plan. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners. Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget. Develop new customers, accounts and projects with accordance to the business plan for the assigned sales area. Propose and realize all necessary activities to achieve the sales targets in cooperation with internal and external partners. Collaborate closely with the spec team and KA team in order to ensure that their specifications are sold successfully. Feedback the market information (product/price/channel/projects) to the management on a regular basis and create corresponding reports if requested.
