• Drive weekly and monthly performance review sessions
• Coach BDMs on effective lead generation strategies
• Collaborate with Inside Sales for performance enhancements
• Monitor and report on Sales KPIs regularly

• Proven track record in leading sales teams
• Analytical skills to improve sales processes
