Job Description
Lead the sales function with an independently owned group of building material dealers in Western Canada. The newly created Sales Director role focuses on strategy development and commercial growth.
This position reports directly to the CEO/President and requires a leader capable of shaping the sales organization across multiple locations. You will develop sales structures, implement CRM systems, and enhance training programs to maximize revenue.
