Job Summary
Viacore Prince George, BC is looking for a dynamic self‑starter to join our Inside Sales team. We're looking for someone with a good understanding of our business, who is computer literate and has knowledge of, or is willing to learn, our internal ERP system, payroll hour entry, and invoicing process.
Responsibilities
- Take orders via telephone, fax, e‑mail and walk‑in customers; maintain excellent customer relations.
- Communicate with customers and other branch employees to ensure order accuracy and smooth operations.
- Invoicing – ensure all proper paperwork is completed, inventory adjustments are complete, costing and pricing is accurate.
- Produce work orders and slitting permits for jobs, coordinate slitting jobs with Slitter, Shipper / Receiver or Shop Foreman / Service Manager.
- Assist Outside Sales with quotations and sourcing products.
