• Coordinate with the Pharmacy team and clients for smooth operations
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain MIS
• Handle client communication and follow-ups
• Support in processing orders and documentation
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 13 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (Retail Pharmacy Background)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
