Job Description

Main Functions: Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, the Sales Coordinator – Americas is responsible for coordinating the administrative, operational, and logistical follow‑up of a portfolio of clients. The person plays a key role in ensuring a high level of customer service and supporting the efficiency of sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily follow‑up on customer orders to meet delivery timelines and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Enter customer orders and coordinate shipments across various international regions
  • Prepare and issue shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
  • Monitor order status through reports and proactively communicate updates to clients and the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records, including logistics specifications
  • Update customer forecasts regularly in the Cognos system
