Summary
The Sales & Client Advisor With Keys supports store leadership to deliver exceptional customer service and to ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. This role contributes to sales targets, visual standards, inventory control and store maintenance at Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales goals
- Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with day-to-day operations
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access
- Manage cash registers, safe procedures and timely bank deposits
- Support inventory control and partner to minimize store shrinkage
- Implement visual displays and communicate visual standards to the team
- Oversee store cleaning, fixtures and supply levels to maintain presentation
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
