Sales Business Analyst
What you will be doing:
- Build, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards in Power BI and HubSpot to support real‑time visibility into KPIs, pipeline health, forecasting, and salesperson performance.
- Develop advanced Excel models (including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data automation workflows).
- Analyze sales activities, lead quality, deal velocity, win/loss patterns, and revenue trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity across HubSpot and related systems to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work with Sales Leadership to refine forecasting models, quota structures, and performance metrics.
- Provide insights that guide territory planning, customer segmentation, and compensation modeling.
- Support CRM optimization, ensuring efficient processes, clean data, and adoption of HubSpot reporting tools.
