Sales Assistant, Senior Associate (Xico)

Provides office support to internal and external sales executives and relationship managers. Engages in sales related activities in close partnership with sales executives.

• Assist the sales team in populating and auditing client and prospect databases.
• Respond to routine or lower complexity inquiries from potential and current clients.
• Support sales executives with various administrative and client follow-up requests to enable them to maximize external client and prospect engagement.
• Coordinate sales meetings, events, and other logistics for sales-related activities.
• Gather metrics for data analysis.
• Research solutions to client needs and analyze performance data and market data.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
