Job Description
Job Summary:
Sales and Solutions Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth client interactions, and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves coordinating sales processes, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall client satisfaction. This is an in-office, 5 days/week role.
Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, process, and monitor customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics ERP to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Identify and source products outside of Entripy’s standard offering to meet customer needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for order updates, inquiries, and issue resolution.
