Provide vital support as a Sales and Service Agent. Assist clients in utilizing technology for transactions while addressing fraud matters appropriately.
This position serves members in the Côte-Nord region and centers on improving client interactions. You will guide clients through the use of technological tools, helping them perform their own transactions. Your role will also involve strengthening business relationships and providing support to those facing fraud or operational issues.
