Sales Account Executive
Job Description
To find and work newsales leads and to follow-up with prospects and theirrequirements forcustom residential and commercial design, build and renovation projects. The ideal candidate must be able to find and grow business within both new and existing accountswith minimal supervision. Candidates shouldhave excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with leads, clients, vendors and co-workers. Must be self-motivated and driven to close business and make customers happy and referencable. Must be organized, and have a high attention to detail and be able to turn-around estimates & quotesin a quick, accurate and cost effective manner.
EXPERIENCE/MUST HAVE
- 3+ years experience in the construction industry understanding, discussing, and documenting prospect requirements
