Safety, Health & Environment Manager

We are looking for a Safety, Health & Environment Manager who will establish and maintain a local Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and environmental management system at our Production Center in Winsted. The role will ensure compliance with Group OHS Policy and local legal requirements and drive an increased safety culture within the Production Centre. This position is based in Mexicali, Baja California, and reports to the Factory Director.

What You Will Do

• Establish and maintain systems for compliance with the Group Safety Health and Environment policies and local legislation.
• Monitor compliance with local legal requirements, corporate OHS and Environment policies and procedures.
• Ensure that a Safety Health and Environment training program is in place to cover the local legal requirements and significant risks on the site.
