As a SHE Advisor within AECOM's ANZ team, you will join us on a 12-month fixed-term basis, working alongside experienced practitioners on a diverse range of projects and programmes, building the practical knowledge and confidence to become a trusted safety professional.
How you'll make a difference
- Serving as the go-to SHE resource for frontline teams and leaders, providing practical, timely advice on safety, health and environment matters that helps people work confidently and safely every day.
- Playing an active role in the fundamentals that keep a safety management system strong - contributing to audits, inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments and the continuous improvement of SHE processes and tools.
