Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of safety-first initiatives on site
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections with teams
• Track project costs and quality control metrics
• Direct Foremen to address productivity issues
• Ensure work meets quality standards and compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in construction
• Experience with structural foundations and bridge construction
