Safety Engineer (Irapuato)

• Coordinate the team in preparing safety audits to comply with Mexican regulations and corporate standards.
• Safety systems implementation and improvement.
• Safety issues investigations (elaboration and follow‑up).
• Provide safety courses (internal and to suppliers).
• Corporate reporting.
• Daily safety walk (GEMBA).
• Task review and risk analysis (sign approval).
• Problem solving.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years' experience working as Safety Engineer, proven experience .
• English language (fluent / B2 minimum).
• Incident investigation methodology.
• NOMs knowledge (OSHA desirable).
