About the Role
Sime Darby Berhad is currently recruiting for a Safety Culture Facilitator to join our award-winning branch in either Archerfield, QLD or Rydalmere, NSW on a 12 month, fixed-term position.
Reporting to the , the Cultural Change Facilitator's primary responsibility will be to develop and facilitate programs that build and continuously improve safety culture across Sime Darby Berhad (SDB). This involves coaching and mentoring frontline leaders and teams on safety leadership behaviours that align with principles underpinning No Harm.
As a professional in your field, you will ensure safety and management systems are utilised for self and peers and that agreed methods and measures are followed for reliable results for customers.
