Safety Coordinator (Kitimat)

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a safe workplace for HaiSea Marine employees. This is achieved through providing subject matter expertise to safety personnel, employees, supervisors, managers, customers and contractors on all aspects of occupational health and safety, workplace hazards and high‑risk activities. In addition, this role is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring compliance with safety‑related policies and other administrative controls for the division and facilitating positive cultural and behavioural change in the workplace.

Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on‑site based at Kitimat, BC.
