In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding operations towards maintaining a zero-incident environment. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive improvements in safety behaviors among all levels of staff. Responsibilities include leading safety audits, developing job hazard analyses, and supporting ergonomic programs while managing the facility’s health and safety budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and implement hazard control programs
• Conduct regular safety training for staff
• Manage site safety committees and audits
• Liaise with regulatory agencies on safety compliance
• Analyze incident reports and drive corrective actions
