Safety and Compliance Coordinator

Based on performance; start rate $29.00/hr

Responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant operation of our trucking fleet. This role focuses on accident prevention, regulatory compliance, driver safety performance, and fostering a strong safety culture within the company. Works closely with drivers, dispatch, maintenance, and management to maintain high safety standards and protect our people, equipment, and public road users.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of driver Hours of Service logs via ELD software
• Monitor speed records and real-time truck speeds through fleet tracking systems
• Administer and track drug and alcohol testing
• Conduct reviews of drivers qualification file, ensuring all documents are current and on-file
