Job Description
Lead Agile Release Trains as a SAFe Release Train Engineer in Montreal, Quebec. Drive value and enhance delivery while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
We are looking for a skilled SAFe Release Train Engineer to orchestrate and improve Agile Release Trains within our organization. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years in Agile delivery roles, including leadership experience. You will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, measure performance through KPIs, and promote best practices in Lean-Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of Agile Release Trains and facilitate ceremonies
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments
• Collaborate with product management and system architects
• Mentor Scrum Masters to improve team agility
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven decision making
