SaaS Implementation Lead (Remote)

Frontapp is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Success Services Team in Santiago, Chile. You will ensure customer success through optimal workflows, project management, and change management during the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in Implementation or Customer Success in SaaS and strong communication skills. This hybrid position expects office attendance from Tuesday to Thursday.
