Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care, Social Work or an associated discipline supplemented with relevant coursework in interpersonal communication skills, counselling theory, CPI preferred, and at least two of the following: child and adolescent psychology, behavioural change theories, family systems (domestic violence, family conflict, substance abuse), abnormal psychology, group processes; minimum of two years current experience working with at‑risk children and youth; skills in collaboration and consultation; ability to facilitate collaboration among schools and community agencies; demonstrated knowledge and skill working with issues including...
