Responsibilities
- Lead and perform exterior and interior cleaning of campers ensuring they shine, are safe and fully operational.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, identify and report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness.
- Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians (Candidate must be at least 18 years of age to operate company vehicles).
- Explain and create a positive customer experience when hand over keys to customers during pickup and return, making the journey unforgettable.
- Manage payment processes, check in rental payments and collect security deposits.
- Support station team with all daily tasks and ensure customers leave prepared for adventure.
- Work hand in hand with Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction.
