JOB SUMMARY
Oversees day-to-day functions of overall tote operation, tote system operation, including hiring, scheduling, and staff development at racetrack, invoicing customers and preparing paperwork for racetrack and corporate offices, handling trouble reports, inventories, and cycling spare parts, ordering supplies, troubleshooting, maintaining hardware, and interacting with state racing officials. The position is that of a working supervisor as the incumbent operates and techs on a regular basis.
