Description Responsibilities Provide the analysis, development and evaluation of new government-wide modernization strategies, plans and TSA direction, in order to recommend technology policies, standards and guidelines. Identify and facilitate the creation of enterprise-wide solution development standards, policies and guideline to support standardized practices, unify technologies, common technology stacks, share frameworks, methodologies, and patterns.
