Strong background in contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor/contract management to ensure effective ServiceNow partnerships and delivery outcomes. Hands-on experience delivering projects using agile methodologies with tools, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery. Proven success managing large-scale, multi-divisional ServiceNow implementations using hybrid delivery approaches that incorporate agile/iterative principles is preferred Expertise in velocity-driven sprint planning and execution, including maintaining sprint schedules, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and proactively removing blockers for ServiceNow project teams.
