Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage service requests from the Business Unit through the Route Design Managers, implementing route engineering solutions.
- Ensure alignment and communication with the RIC Coordinator to clarify and refine service requests.
- Collaborate with the Project/Change Manager to gather feedback on implemented route solutions and make necessary adjustments based on field performance.
- Work closely with other Route Engineers to address technical needs and support requirements.
- Utilize the PFNA Gold Standard Route Engineering Process to ensure best practices in route design.
- Develop and maintain reports to track solution delivery performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Support the continuous improvement initiatives of the Route Intelligence Center.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
